I think you are too obsessed! Man, at that age you may not need supplements yet and you don't even have to lift if you don't want. I have a nephew who's 14 and my brother doesn't let him lift weights, he only allows my nephew to do push ups and stuff and he still looks much muscular and stronger than you!

At 12 you want everything fast, stay clean learn to eat and you'll be OK. Your doing good so far.

You could try some flintstone vitamins : )

He is not even supposed to be posting here if he is under 13 years of age.
I agree with everyone else
eat, eat,eat

I think it is great that you are interested in bodybuilding at such a young age, and here trying to learn how to do things correctly.
but, you really don't need any supplements at your age, focus on eating right.
I thought you got over your obsession with benching? What kind of squating you up to these days?
I love it when a plan comes together.

There are different opinions about this.Originally Posted by vinceforheismen

The part about weight lifting stunting your gowth is false, whether a 12 year should be weight training is probably more of a matter of opinion. I guess as long as they are not lifting heavy weights and they are using good form it is fine, although I personally think they should stick with body weight movements, i.e. push-ups, pull-ups, dips, etc., until maybe 14-15 years old.
I will only stunt my growth if i use steroids when my bones are still growing.

I was told from a pro lifter ( cant say name ) these two tips to get you buzzin...
1. Drink two gallons of red cordial pre workout
2. Rack up lines of coffee during workout to keep you going
DOESNT MUSCLE SQUEEZ UR BONES? iF UR BONES DONT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO GROW THEN THEY WONT GROW
