I have this one every night before bed.

1 1/2 cup whole milk
3 frozen stawberries
2 tbsp Natty PB
1 cup ice
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops ON whey (strawberry or ice cream vanilla)
sometimes half a banana also

70g Protein....I know, I don't need that much at once....My choice.
825 calories

2 tbsp natty pb
4-5 ice cubes
however much milk

Begin blending on Ice Crush setting

1 scoop chocolate whey
1 scoop chocolate MPI
1/2 cup oats
some fruit

Thatll stick with you, ALL night.
