    first time trying creatine

what's a typical length of time after starting creatine for first time to be able to determine if it's "working" for you.

not expecting miracles. have heard some people say it's great and others not getting much from it.

when you first start it would you notice anything in a week? a month?

    thanks

i'm taking creatine clear - uses sodium transport system instead of carb/sugar. less bloat with this.

also - i'm 5'9" and have really long arms and legs and a small waist so my frame can carry some muscle.

i don't envision suddenly blowing up on it. would be fine with adding some muscle though. i'm a long way from bulky.

nikegurl, let me know how this stuff works.

I'm thinking about taking creatine again later this summer and if this works for you. Might go for that, I hate that bloat/water feeling I got last time I took it.

good luck with it. I have heard nothing but good things about Creatine and the only reason I dont use it is because I cant afford it on my college student income, which is just money from my parents!

I would say around 2 weeks you should notice a increase in strength and weight gain.
