    Supplements

Hey guys, I've been out of the gym for a few years now. I would like advice on supplements. I have Optimum Nutrition 100% whey, and GNC mono creatine. I'm also on Muscle tech's pump-tech. Is there better stuff available? I know things affect people differently, I was just wondering if what I did before is still the good stuff!
I'm open to suggestions about supplements.

    Thanks

    All you need:

    Whey
    Good Multi
    Fish Oil
    And creatine(cee) if you want.

If you are looking to bulk up and you want a weight Gainer do the following:

    Whey
    Peanut Butter (NBP)
    Flax Oil
    Bananas
    Oats

Mix with milk and ice in a blender. It tastes good, and it has alot of calories and protein.

So really not too much has changed! What do you think about pump-tech type supplements? I really liked the pump, but then it seemed like I built a tolerance for it, and it didn't work as well?!?

The mono creatine is fine, but you definitely don't need the pump tech. If you do want an NO product, there are much cheaper ones available than pump tech. 18 servings of AAKG-TECH: 3.1g? L-arginine hydrochloride and
? L-arginine alpha ketoglutarate for $27 is way too much to pay. Besides, as Guru stated, all you really need are those supplements he posted for now since your just getting back into the swing of things.

Yea for a pump I like Arginine and maybe CM. No need to spend to much.

Thanks guys. I agree that the pump tech was way too much money for what I got out of it. What do you guys think of the stuff they sell on this site? Do you think you pay for the name with protein, or is it another one of those " You get what you pay for?"
