    To Much *ACNE*

After my last Cycle About 4 months ago I started to see alot of acne on my back and shoulders. Obviously this is something that is very common and expected. I was wondering if there is anything I can do at this point to get rid of it. I was thinking about giving *Pantothenic Acid* a try. What do you guys think?

Get a prescription for tetracylcine. It is an antibiotic that can be taken year round if needed. Google it.

Accutane should work. However i dont know if youres is serious enough to get them to perscribe it to you.
Mine is actually bad and on my face and stuff and i had to take 50mg of minocycline a day for 3 months, then 100mg of it for 6 weeks before the DR refered me to a dermatoligest to get some accutane (this was today) and now i gotta keep on taking 100mg of minicycline a day for 2 months untill i can get in to the dermatoligest and get the perscription (normal doctors can perscribe it, but most dont) So thats about 6.5 months of waiting before i get some accutane

Vince, I have the same problem. However, my dermatologist told me to switch to Lever 2000 soap, because it is not as harsh on your skin as some of the other soaps and prescribed fash washes. It definitely helped my skin; give it a try. I also moved to the beach and the salt water is a miracle cure for any acne.

Start with 5 grams a day for a few months and then you can drop to around 3.

ya man, I'm having that same problem as far as acne on the shoulders and back. Funny thing is, I never had a problem with acne going through highschool and shit, just the occasional pimple on the face. But I've been getting it bad on my shoulders and up untill probably 4 months ago, I never had a pimple on my back. I don't even take any supps, just the occasional protein shake. I have taken creatine before, but it was probably 6 months ago when I finished the bottle. It's confusing me as to why at 23 I'm starting to get acne on my back when I never got it during the good ole puberty days???

The shitty part is, is that they fucking hurt and they are a pain in the ass to pop.
