    mixing creatine with gatorade?

    just wondering if anyone out there has ever mixed their creatine with gatorade i have been for a while just wondering if this is a good way to consum creatine or if other ways are better?

    I tried it once and felt the effects of the creatine were deminished. It could be that I had an off day. Gatorade does have citric acid in it, but so does alot of the transport systems on the market.

    Not sure about Creatine going Toxic in Gatorade... but you want to drink it immedietly after mixing it. Dont leave it around for a couple days on end and then drink it, mostly because its a waste.

    Yeah, Gatorade is good... and Powerade and other decent energy drinks.

    I`ve READ that mixing it with the liquid GA isn`t that good because of the high citric acid, and the fact that it has more sucrose than dextrose, but the powdered variety for some reason has them the other way around so is much better.

    I use Gatorade all the time. Seems to work fine.

    thanks i've been using it a while too but i've hit a plateau and was wondering if it was cuz of that

    listen to Kuso (really) the powder gatorade drink mix is the better choice over the liquid ready to drink. different sugar
