    Lean Fuel Extreme & Creatine?

OK Rob, I have a question regarding this. I am using San V12 Turbo, along with whey, multi, fish oil, and ZMA. I want to use your Lean Fuel Extreme, but I have researched here and found conflicting advice on supplementing creatine with a fat burner. Can you or anyone else advise if creatine & your product would counteract each other or would it be OK to use in conjunction?
    Thanks.

well, studies have shown caffeine to interfere with the uptake of creatine, however this involved high doses of caffeine, but to be safe I use them separately.

So... I guess, taking the creatine then having a morning cup of coffee before hitting the gym is NOT a good idea??

it probably would not matter since that is only about 150mg's of caffeine.

it does for most including me, some people do not respond well to Hoodia, but that is only one of the ingredients.

Somehow I ordered the wrong Lean Fuel. I ordered the XP version; I am going to see if I can exchange it with bodybuilding.com for the Extreme version. Before I do that, is there that much difference between the two?

Lean Fuel XP was our non-stimulant version and we stopped making it... we changed the formula adding some stimulants, also XP has more Hoodia.

You could just order the Extreme version and stack them.

so stacking both of these together would have more of a benefit, than just taking them each by themselves?

Earlier in this thread you said to not take creatine with the Lean Fuel products. I like the pumps and the muscle that I get with creatine. Anything you would recommend to replace the creatine that would not interfere with LF Xtreme?

oh, no I said there were studies conducted that revealed large amounts of caffiene can interfere with the uptake of creatine, I said to be safe don't take them at the same time, but I believe in the studies it was very large amounts of caffeine, more than a normal person would ingest.
