    Glutamine question

    I realize this is probably a stoooopid question but.... when taking glutamine, it says to take on an empty stomach.. but what happens to it when you don't.. when you take it on a full stomach - is it just wasted and doesn't absorb??

    It takes longer to digest, meaning it takes longer to start working. I would just drop the stuff, there are alot of mixed opinions on the stuff. I dont think it does anything.
