...don't get along.
Ive been using it for 3 days now.
My farts smell awful and I have the constant feeling I'm going to shit myself. Is this just me getting use to it?
I have used muscle milk and cytogainer and I dont get this
I used nitrotech like 3 years ago and I dont remember having these results.
The brand is Worldwide Sport Nutruition, Extreme Whey.
This happen to anyone else? I dont mind it that much, cant say the same for my gf tho.
I have had trouble with my stint of nitro-tech. Pissed out my ass whenever I took it. Only took that shit for about 3 days before burrowing it in the pantry, never to be seen again. Other than that I haven't had any trouble with my bowels and whey.
Could be a lack of digestive enzymes in the whey.
Could be you're taking too much whey and your body isn't dealing with a boatload of fast digesting protein.
You might get used to it.
A lot of times it's a product thing.....some do, some don't.
Try using less and see if that makes a difference. If you can tolerate a little, gradually build up to where you get the nasty sides. Then back off slightly, use the stuff up, and try some other product next time.
If you still have problems with just a small amount, get rid of it, either by giving it to someone or trashing it.

Yes this is normal. If I take a break from it and gym, I can only handle one scoop a day for the first few days. This goes for any brand that I get. After a few days it will go away and you can start stuffing mass quantities down your throat!
