Question Good pills to help lose weight?

I've got about 10 more kilos to lose and lately it's been going really slowly. I'd like to speed up the process a little bit and was wondering if it would be possible to get some pills/supplements that work.
Has anyone had any successful experience with these types of things? What would you recommend?

I currently am on a healthy eating diet and I do work out about 6 times a week.

    Thanks alot.

Ephedra is the only over the counter supplement that has worked for me.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

What were your results like and how rapid? Did you lose much weight each week when you started taking the pills?

Improving your diet and increasing your activity is more important than any pill. You could try this: http://ironmagazineforums.com/showthread.php?t=55927

I have increased my activity quite alot. Also I've increased my speed and distance that I'm running. However, results are very slow lately.

Of course you realize that diet and cardio is always first and foremost, but here are a few products that could help you reach your goals.

Non-Stimulant Based- Designer Supplements Melting Point and Sesamin.

Stimulant Based- If you need a little extra energy combined with a decent Thermo, then you could look into trying Designer Supplements Basic Cuts, Scorch, AMP, or LeanFire Inferno.

any thermogen works the same IMO...ephedra more than others..

just take it w/ any food in your stomach-1st thing in the morning FIRST thing...don't eat or drink (except water) for 45 min.

A thermo and a sesamin product would be good. Currently stacking AMP and Vaporize.

Oh, I know this. I've already lost 23 kilos with diet and exercise, but as I said, lately its just so damn slow and I want some quicker results.

I just brought a product called 'Max Fat Blaster'. It's an Australian product which is what Pharmacists are selling to people who want to lose some weight. I've been on them for about 3 days now, so I guess we'll see if they make any difference.

Thanks for the input guys, I'll post here in a few days to say if these made any difference

Has anyone used Hoodia yet? There was a lot of hype over it a year or so ago and I've recently seen a flood of commercials for it recently. anyone have anything to report?

Holy crap. I got on the scales today and to my amazement I lost 2 kilos last week
I haven't lost 2 kilos in a week since I started to lose weight (around 9 months ago). Shit yeah.
Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%

I used it and it worked to a small degree at the recommended dose. I doubled the dose then took it when I started to feel substantial hunger in my gut. It worked ok, but not for the price I paid. I would recommend stuffing yourself with lettuce if you have to stop "feeling" hungry.

I tried it...didn't work for me. I researched and supposedly got a good quality...didn't see much difference at all. I paid good money too.

I saw it 50% off at Vitamin World. I asked the guy I know...if people had much success with it. He said, "no".

It must have worked for somebody...it got a lot of press!
