A list of suppliments for the best growth

Can someone put together a list of all the healthy supliments I should be taking each day for good gains. I've lifted for 3 years, and always kept my diet pretty clean but never supplimented.

Just need a list of vitamins, minerals, and things like creatine that I should be taking for optimum growth. Growth has stopped as of late!

    Thanks guys..
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

I am startung now and i am using some creatine and somw whey protein when i dont get enough proteins on my meals (i am too thin and i really need protein).

Other that that you should eat lots of proteins but also vegetables, fruits and so on, to protect your body from free radicals.

THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT supplEments are PROTEIN, VITAMINS AND MINERALS.

CREATINE IS NOT EFFECTIVE FOR EVERYONE WHO TAKES IT. IN MY CURRENT RESEARCH OF CREATINE, JUST 60-70% OF THOSE, IN STUDIES WHO TOOK IT, RESPONED. CREAINE HAS A NON RESPONSE RATE OF APPROX 30-40%

    you spelled supplements wrong.

Try whey protein 1-2g per bodyweight,Multivitamin, and fish oil wouldnt be bad to use either. You could try creatine too if you wanted, alot of people respond well to it. Mainly a healthy diet with plenty of protein and some fats and carbs. Take a look at the diet and nutrition part of the forum and read up on a diet that suits you the best.

and to address the original postee; you can get away with just using a multi, some EFAs, and if you want to use creatine, use Creatine Ester (aka CEE). I was a non-responder to regular monohydrate and saw a lot of goods gains in both strength and development with CEE. It's a bit more expensive and if you take the powder, be ready to vomit. They do sell it in tab form. Open the bottle and the odor that comes out, well, be ready to vomit.

by the way, the only REAL nonresponders to creatine are people who already have the max bloodlevel of Creatine Phosphate in their bodies, and those people are very scarce. The max amount of creatine you can have is 160 millimoles per liter, I believe
