    whey protein

    Is it ok to take expired whey protein(april 2005 lol), would it still have the same nutritional fact and effects, thanx

    Probably depends on how/where it's been stored, whether it's been sealed all that time, etc...

    I don't think they would put an expiration date on for nothing, so I would just go buy some new stuff.

    Yeah, I don't know it's kind of hard to say.... If it were only 2-3 months past expiration, I might try it, but given the fact that it's almost a year, it might not be a good idea.

    Just try it out and let us know how it goes. I doubt anything would happen, but the quality would probably not be there.

    I just bought it from ebay. Its 20 pounds! of 1 year expired factory sealed (4 containers) prolab ,orange vanilla, whey protein. This amount should last for 6 months, I just hope its good and it works, and i dont get sick and die lol

    yea lol but it was 20 lbs for 14 bucks incuding shipping, lol worth a try
