    Buckwheat Protein !?!?!?

    Is it hope?... or hype???

    I have heard very little about this -

    Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation

    Buckwheat is a good source of protein but its an even better source of complex carbs. Treat the protein in buckwheat like you would with legumes. Good source but not a complete source.
