I was wondering what you guys thought about this....
I'm 5'11" 170lbs, @23%(or so) bodyfat. I used to have a lot more weight (bf and muscle) and muscle but now I'm getting back into bb. Over the last few weeks I've done the following training and diet. The Biotest supp program is brand new:
Training: intense basics (squat dlift bench row etc etc) 3x a week (no more than an hour or so) and high intensity cardio 3x a week every other day for 25 minutes.
Diet: 3 good meals and three+ MRPS a day evenly spaced out 40/40/20 p/c/f ratio
Supps: Besides MRPS i just got some stuff from Biotest. My regimen over the next few weeks as follows:
For 3 weeks-
-Nandrosol- (2 bottles)3 weeks 70 sprays 2x per day
For the next 4 weeks-
-2 bottle of tribax
-2 bottles methoxy7
Have any of you had any experience with this sort training or diet/supp regimen. I'd love to hear I'm doing the right thing but if I'm not.....SPEAK UP! thanks fellas
The training looks good in my opinion as well as the supps. As for the quality of Bio-Test I'm not to sure. Its not a very big company but If you like their stuff then hell..... As for the pro-hormones...get rid of'em. They suck all of'em, any of'em they all are as good as shit. Don't throw your money away my friend. I'm warning you now...some people claim to have results with this shit but personally I think its all a placebo affect. Hope this helps you out some. Keep trainin hard brotha.
If you're just getting back into bodybuilding, my advice would be to lay off the supplements, and concentrate on diet and training. Especially the prohormones! I am an advocate of Biotest products, but you should hold for a few months. See how far you can go without them. Remember, you're going to have a "muscle memory" effect too.
I mean that if they were once bigger, it will be very easy to get your muscles back to that size.
The first time you blow up a balloon it's rather difficult, but the second time you blow it up, it's a lot easier than the first.
It's similar with muscle cells.
I agree with Prince, hold off on all the supps, the meal replacements are fine though.
I don't know about Prohormones, I've tried them and didn't get any results but my lifting partner got good results so I guess they can work for some but they're no AS.
