    Assorted Supplements - Opinions Please

    I already have
    -Multi Vitamin
    -Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills

    I wanted to know what you guys think about the supplements below..


    ZMA
    L-Arginine

    you should just buy 100% whey protein, cee does seem to be working for people , I wouldnt buy it though, multivitamin, and protein are usually what will get your results but you could try cee or zma, L-glutamine is a waste IMO for atleast me anyway.

    If you didn't want to buy the CEE and Arginine separately, then you could go with Xceed, which includes 3g of CEE, 3g of Di-Arginine Malate, 1g of Taurine, and 1g of Glucuronolactone all in one scoop or serving.

    IMO, L-glut is only necessary when ur cutting to preserve the muscle, other than that i dont think u need it. I would get the cee but not the l-arginine
