    Protein/Energy Bars

What are you guys eating? Personally I am eating Detour bars. The taste is pretty good and 30g Protein.

I've tried the TrioPlex bars and think they are too hard to take down. They should sell those things with a bottle of water!

Builders bars do not have enough protein (20g) for me to justify eating all of the fat, etc in it.....jmo. I like the nitro tech bars and the trioplex bars personally.

True, but I don't eat them as any type of replacement. I only consume them when I am working my 10-hour shift and get hungry at 2 in the morning. Plus they only have 4.5-grams of saturated fat which IMO is not a lot. Peace!
