Why are you taking fat burners if you are only 16? Your metabolism should be through the roof at this age. What's your stats my man?

163 pounds, 5'11, my Bf should be 9%-10%
The thing is i was overweight when i was young, and i still got that baby fat left in belly, and i want skin tight abs.
Just thought fat burners will speed the process
my diet and training is pretty spot on, im already losing 1-2 lbs a week.

any inputs?

If you're already losing 1-2lbs a week, you don't need a fat burner.

At 5'11" though, I don't think I'd go below 150lbs.

How long have you been dieting and training properly?

If I were you, to burn extra fat go for a 30-40 minute jog about 4 times a week. It will make a world of difference.
I only started taking a Fat Burner when my weight-loss stopped altogether. I hit a plateau so I took something to help me just that little bit extra.
Unless this happens to you, I wouldnt really recommend a Fat Blaster. Theres no point if you're still burning fat without them.

Good luck dude.

Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%

Abs are made in the kitchen. Post your diet, probably the likely cause for lack of results

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

fat burners are somewhat misleading, they won't help your body directly burn fat, the main weight loss you notice from them is water, as many formulas are based around caffeine, a diuretic, at 16 they will do you a lot more harm than good

If your bodyfat is 9-10 percent and you are 16, I would suggest that you don't use a fat burner. I don't see why you would need to.

If you can't buy a fat burner, go to your local grocerie store and buy some green tea. If they don't let you buy that either.... then just do your cardio in the morning before you eat (if you have the time/schedule to do so.. I don't however, but I have read that it can burn up to 450% more fat that way... but it's also an easy way to get really dizzy and really bad if you have acid reflux). Also, another tip that I learned/read is to drink a glass of ice cold water before you work out... it's suppose to boost up your metabolism a bit I think, but either way... if you drink 8 glasses of ice cold water a day, that alone will burn approximately 18 calories. And you burn 4 calories everytime you laugh... so look at everything in life as the funniest damn thing you have ever seen

This isn't true. Not one globual of fat in your adipose tissue remains from when you were a baby. Babies have a large amount of Brown Fat, which creates heat instead of energy. The "It's leftover baby fat" line is something parents tell their kids when the kid starts to notice that he/she is chunky.

You don't need fat burners, just a better diet. Good luck.

If you are 9-10%, you shouldnt very feel soft in the middle unless it is loose skin. Nothing can help make that go away except surgery. but over time it will improve given your age and if you train properly and maintain a decent body comp.

As suggested by most, fix your diet and train hard. I dont think your diet cals are correct. e.g. 100g chicken breat is 29g protein where as you have listed Meal 2: 3 chicken breast (36 g of protein). Check out each item at nutritiondata.com and take a closer look at your diet. If you are loosing ~1 lb per week that good enough.
