I have used Phosphagen XT and HP. The XT was actually the only creatine supp that worked as far as helping me put on some pounds. Unfortanetly they quit selling the XT and the HP didn't do shit for me. But sorry man, I've never used the Elite before...Good luck though

That's old school creatine man. Welcome to March 21st, 2006. Much, much better options in terms of CEE/NO products out on the market now.

The Phos HP was awesome. I loved it. Felt great pumps and gains, but there is alot of sugar in it.

Give it a try, but do not buy from GNC. They are way overpriced, buy from Bulknutrition.com.

Phosphagen elite is poop. All it is is monohydrate with some beta-alanine and splenda in it. Seriously, only difference is it tastes better than HP.

I said that several months ago, and hold by it. Stuff is basically exactly the same as HP
This is my journal. Click it and such

I used it for preworkout, and 8 hrs later. Drink about a gallon of water a day.

    I took 2 scoops per serving(suggests 1 scoop). Try a scoop and a half.
