I have used Phosphagen XT and HP. The XT was actually the only creatine supp that worked as far as helping me put on some pounds. Unfortanetly they quit selling the XT and the HP didn't do shit for me. But sorry man, I've never used the Elite before...Good luck though
i just got off cell mass that stuff is shit and way over priced...i heard alot about phos hp so i went out and bought that im on my 3rd day of loading i hope it works
Phosphagen elite is poop. All it is is monohydrate with some beta-alanine and splenda in it. Seriously, only difference is it tastes better than HP.
I said that several months ago, and hold by it. Stuff is basically exactly the same as HP
