I think it is to responsibly cycle on and off one, to allow your metabolism and eating habits to adjust accordingly. I got the leanest I ever was, that I can remember, after a 3 months e/c/y cutter, but I went back to bulking and eating dirty, and Im almost fatter than I was before I started.

btw. NO-xplode isnt a fat burner, it just has caffeine and MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) in it.

i did it last summer, so i was 16, I think you need to do a lot more research first, and a lot more reading about diet, I wish I had.

Its not how young you are, its how educated. Short answer, yes, you are too young to use a fatburner, because you will get minimal results, and maximal frustration.

That is definitely too young for fat burners, but at 17 years of age and cycling creatine proper, I feel with your parents permission that creatine is fine at that age.

Most of them are crap anyway, I doubt you're talking about anything with ephedra in it. Some caffeine and ginseng and green tea dont make a big difference. These arent going to hurt you any more than a coffee.

That being said, your other post reveals youre a twig and dont need them anyway.

Theres no switch that flicks when your 18 that makes things ok. What products are you specifically talking about? Ive used the new xenadrine efx and some other kinds. They do nothing. Ive also used caffiene ginseng green tea extracts and made my own combos and only effect i get is a mild caffiene headache, usually caused by dehydration.

Ephedra/caffiene/asa stack works, but some people dont tolerate the sides well, and kids your age abusing the shit is what got it banned.

With all things being equal an eca stack or ephedra based product would in all likely hood work for you, and not do any harm. If you followed the directions properly and didnt abuse it and cycle it as properly. But teenagers probably wont, so that is why they should use them.

Those both have Synephrine, which mimmicks real ephedrine. The question is are you mature enough to not abuse it. Answer=no

Your a bean pole. I have 50 lbs on you and Im an inch shorter. Get off the fat burner kick.

If i was you i'd be eating like a pig and trying to put on 30 lbs

bean pole..

your multiple threads on this topic show you dont get it..

you can get ephedrine hl 8mg tabs anywhere..walmart? online?
they just dont sell 20mg tabs anymore or fat burners with ephedra (herb) in it

your chronic inability to understand what people are trying to tell you should be more than enough evidence to prove that YOU SHOULDNT USE ANY KIND OF SUPPLEMENT WITHOUT WAAAAAAY MORE RESEARCH
