    Animal Pak?

The store didnt have my typical multi, so I picked this up instead...

    Few questions:

    Are they any good?
Do I take 1 packet, or 2? Is 1 enough?
Whens the best time to take it, on a workout day? And non-workout day?

i was doing the two paks a day but have cut back to 1 pak a day
hope this helps bro.also you should take a pak everyday.
