Quest: protein bars (does that exist) and taking suplements on work

1-) Ok, this may sound as a stupid question but i live in a country where you will not find anything, so i dont know about this:

is there any suplement in the form of bars (like cereal bars) that is rich in proteins? Like, you may buy muesli bars, etc, that are good for giving you carbohydrates. I just wanna know if there are similars bars but instead of carbos, they will give you lots of proteins.

In the store near my home i can only find powder protein.

2-) If there are not such bars (or even if there are) how do you take your whey suplement in your work? When i am in my work, on lunch time, i dont have guts to take that powder...people will thats drugs and they will not understand. Besides, how do you take that powder to work (the package with all powder it very big...i cant take it to me to my work.

1.) Yeah there called protien bars. They're everywhere, where exactly are you from?

2.) I put a few scoops in a shaker cup and take it to work, then add water, shake and drink up. I have two shaker cups to take one at lunch time and one post workout. I think they were $1.95 each

Also if you have access to powders forget about the bars, they suck. The best protien source is whole food (lean beef, tuna, chicken) then powders then bars.
