Now, i used to use creatine monohydrate, I would load, etc, and I would cycle off. You could tell the difference between when you were on it, and when you were off, but, with CEE, I cant really feel when Im on, and when Im off. I do in the gym, but not when Im just piddling around my normal life.
I guess thats a good thing, but, it kinda weirds me out... Thats my rant for the day.
