    Expire Supplements

    I was just wondering if I buy some CEE and L-Glutamine now along with 10lbs of whey how long does that stuff take to expire?? I plan to start using the glutamine and whey around may 8th and CEE when I start bulking again.

    depends on the date it was actually manufactured, from that date would be 2 years.

    caps and powders 2 years, tablets are usually 3 years.

    every supplement should have the expiration date on it.

    As usual, He is right - keep the supps in a cool, dry place and two years is minimum.
