What gains should i expect?

What gains should i expect?

hi people, just wondering if someone that has previous experience with these supplements can tell me how many ibs. i can gain in 1 month wiht the following chart:

Current Stats
Height: 6’2
Weight: 168 lbs.
Max Bench: 205 lbs
Max Incline Dumbell Bench: 85lbs. (each hand)


Week 1

Pre-Workout:
Protein Shake (when I wake up)
No-Explode (1 scoop)

Post Workout:
Cell-Mass (1-scoop)
True Mass (3-scoops before bed)

Week 2

Pre-Workout:
Protein Shake (when I wake up)
No-Explode (2 scoops)

Post Workout:
Cell Mass (1 scoop)
Protein Shake
Cell Mass (Before Bed)

Week 3

Pre Workout:
Protein Shake (when I wake up)
No-Explode (2 scoops)

Post Workout:
Cell Mass (1 scoop)
Protein Shake
Cell Mass (before bed)

Week 4

Pre Workout:
Protein Shake (when I wake up)
No-Explode (2 scoops)

Post Workout:
Cell mass (1 scoop)
Protein Shake

you should probably start with you TOTAL daily diet....not just your shakes.

True Mass is a weight gainer n contains fat, if I was you I wouldn't use as my post w/o shake. Juts my two cents.
