    Thermo's make me feel...

Well I just started taking a thermo today to help abit with my cutting. Do these things make anyone else feel like utter shit?
It's doing wonders in reducing my appetite but its also giving me a headache or a nausious feeling.
Does anyone know if this is normal and will it eventually subside?

    Cheers.

Of course you started with the smallest dose possible to see how your body responds to it, right?

The symptoms you mention are not uncommon. It is possible that your body will adapt over time.

Of course. I'm only taking 1 pill with every meal.
It seems it only occasionally happens, for example today after breakfast I felt really sick, but the pills I took afterwards (at lunch and dinner) didn't have the same effect.

From my experience the negative sides will go away. At first I had an uneasy feeling, almost an anxious feeling mixed with a little nausea, but just like anything else I'd imagine, you develop a tollerance. Now I don't even get energy from them, I just use them occasionally to supress my appetite.

I had the same problem. I cut them down from 2 three times a day to 1 before breakfest. That worked for me. I now take 2 before breakfest and 1 before lunch. I wait about 1 month before buying another bottle after I run out. I use zantrex.

Thermos make me feel jittery and postal! They make me feel like I might smack anyone for saying anything I dont like. Oh, and I can't rest or sleep on them either.

Actually I'm feeling much better now. Today I didn't feel sick at all, after taking the pills. I guess my body has adapted already.

    Hooray :P

It depends on the Thermo- VPX Redline is pretty extreme and can make you feel like crap but Jet Fuel, Lipodrene and SAN Tight on the other hand will typically give you an energy boost but will not give you the jitters or make you feel crappy

I've been on Nature's Lab Thermos for a while, I started off taking 1 every morning, then bumped it up to 2 a day.
But I think I felt jittery and weird when first started using them, but that went away after a few days. Just make sure you drink lots of water! Thats what seemed to help me.
