    Best protein shake shake??

I am sure this is a repost but after looking for half an hour i gave up. I was wondering what is a good protein shake? Right now i am taking a Low carb 100% whey protein shake. Just looking to see if their is something better then that, and if so what brand do you normaly like?

Why do you take both On Whey and Pro Complex. When do you take either?

The pro complex I take in the morning and at night, its a slower digesting protein blend. I only take the whey as my pwo shake because it digests so quickly.
Hit it and hit it hard.
