Thought's on these?

I ran out of San V12, and due to my hatred of the flavour, I decided I will try something new. Haven't been taking V12 for about 4 weeks btw.
I picked up Xpand by Dymatize, seems to be better than V12, and the guy at Popeye's was recommending it as well.

Also picked up some Lipo 6 to use in about 6-8 weeks when I go cutting. In my 2 years training, I have never used a fatburner, so I'm not sure what to expect. I really dont even drink caffeinated beverages so I expect this will increase my energy a lot, even though my energy levels are very adequate right now.

Anyways, anyone have any experience with either of these or care to comment? Thanks

You asked a guy from Popeye's Fried Chicken about Supplements?

Muscle Tech does not make very cost efficient products at all, which is why I would look at other alternative products that are not only much more cost efficient, but also in terms of quality and effectiveness.
