well i was sondering if you guys can suggest what supplements to take..brand,type,etc.. iam going to go buy some tommorow at GNC..o yea im 16 and just started working out 1month ago.
just pick up some bulk monohydrate or cee. At 16 years of age, you do not need anything fancy, so don't let them talk you into buying anything else. Just go with some plain creatine, a multi, and a great diet and your all set. Good luck!

Better yet, why don't you not leave the house and shop at bulknutrition.com? Much better prices and no dumb GNC people trying to sell you overpriced multivitamins.
If you have a Popeyes supplements in your area, I recommend going there as well for their good prices and overall friendliness (in my own experiences that is).
If I were you, I'd pick up some Whey protein, go with ON Whey. Multivitamins are good, as is Udos oil for your essential fats. As for creatine, you may not even need it yet, but just dont go for one of the creatines thats loaded with simple sugars. Rob's Maximum Pump seems good, I havent tried it, but I have had good experiences with San V12 Turbo and Xpand which I have just started using. If you have extra cash, you can also pick up some glutamine, but it might not be entirely necessary for you.
