In a drug test, how long would these substances take to clear your system to avoid a positive test? Thank-you.

Within a day. Real ephedrine's half life is 3-6 hours. But synephrine is an ingredient in many over the counter decongestants, so i doubt they would be testing for that.

A sudafed would show up positive. Few years ago here in canada we had an athelete loose a medal because she was on sudafed and it showed up on the screen.
