feeling sore
Are there any supplements out there that help with soreness? I am always very sore, one or two days after my workout. Is there anything I can take that will make me feel less sore? I take kickboxing and I hate going there all sore. Any ideas?

I will look into some glutamine. Any suggestions on brand and chemistry (pills, powder). Also, when should I take it. I currently only supplement with protein powder.

Glutimine seems to help speed up recovery for me.
I use 5-10-5 grams. Usually 5 grams in morn, 10 post W/O, 5 before bed meal. I have to agree, this has been discussed many times. Good-luck!
