feeling sore

Are there any supplements out there that help with soreness? I am always very sore, one or two days after my workout. Is there anything I can take that will make me feel less sore? I take kickboxing and I hate going there all sore. Any ideas?

Marty, you could try a creatine product, BCAA's, or a better diet in terms of carbs and healthy fats.

My diet is full of good stuff. I eat a lot of healthy fats. I was thinking of a creatine. Do you have to take it everyday? Even on days you don't lift?

I think BCAA's and glutamine would help recovery time more than some creatine.

I will look into some glutamine. Any suggestions on brand and chemistry (pills, powder). Also, when should I take it. I currently only supplement with protein powder.

Try using the search button. This has only been discussed 4,000 times.

Glutimine seems to help speed up recovery for me.
I use 5-10-5 grams.
Usually 5 grams in morn, 10 post W/O, 5 before bed meal.

I have to agree, this has been discussed many times.

Good-luck!
