Your Opinions of Joint Supps In General?
Garbage? I tend to think so. The exception may be EFAs, which may have a marginal impact on joint health. But there's no solid data on the effects of glucosamine, chondroitin, and other similar "joint supps."
Anyone honestly feel they've benefited from joint supps? |

personally, not really. but I think my joint problems are different than arthritic joint problems and you have to use that shit for months i think.
honestly glucosamine worked great for my dog. when my dog was getting older he started getting some arthritis and would get up very slowly. then every day i gave him glucosamine and chondroitin, he was back to normal rather quickly. |

I have had great results with a combination of glucosamine + chondrotin + MSM. It is true you need to take it for about 2 weeks before you notice any results, but I truely believe it helps.
I agree with Doctor X, I have seen the same positive results not only in dogs, but also in horses. |
