L-Glutamine expire date?
ive got a tub of this stuff i stopped workin out a long time ago jus got back into it i am wondering if this stuff is good for years ive had it sitting in my basement opened already for a year without using it ... its like chunks now should i toss it or is it perfectly safe still apparently it expired in augest iunno if i should pay attention to that my buddy told me it means nothing glutamine lasts for a long time do u guys kno exactly?
