    Protien for big boys??

    ok well i kno alot of smaller guys that take alot of protien cause they want to get larger, put on weight. Im around 220-230, 5'9ish. Would it be alrite if i take protien or will it make me gain wieght. i basicly want it to boost my muscle mass, i lift 4 or 5 days a week, for around a hour and a half if not more. any advice or suggestions??? thxn

    lol "protein for BIG BOYS" lol u said big boy..... go ahead and take it it wont make u gain weight. just calculate it into ur daily calorie goals and stuff...

    ok thxn, i consider myself big lol. not like JACKED big but jus generally big. lets put it this way, i'm rockin a keg and not a 6 pack lol

    umm 230 at 5'9 is pretty big. If its muscle that is.
