It sounds pretty good and it does have a lot of protein, but dont you think 9 grams of fat is a lot also? I try to keep my total fat grams down to 6 grams per meal. Is this bar a meal replacement or a snack

It looks more to me like a meal replacement at 105g. About the fat I’m not worried much about it, right now I’m trying to put some weight on.

Calories from fat = 80.
Calories from carb = 44.
Calories from protein = 168.
Total = 292.

What accounts for the other 78 calories?

Most of the time it is glycerin that is used as a sweetner! It does not have a caloric value!
