Post ISS Research Complete Pro42 Bar

Has anybody in here tried the Pro42 bars. What do you think of it? 42 g of protein, I have not seen another bar with that much protein.

It sounds pretty good and it does have a lot of protein, but dont you think 9 grams of fat is a lot also? I try to keep my total fat grams down to 6 grams per meal. Is this bar a meal replacement or a snack

It looks more to me like a meal replacement at 105g. About the fat I’m not worried much about it, right now I’m trying to put some weight on.

What accounts for the other 78 calories?

Most of the time it is glycerin that is used as a sweetner! It does not have a caloric value!
