what do you guys think of this stack?

after bootcamp i go to a school where i will not have a refridrator or microwave for food...so basically i am going to live off supps for 14 weeks since i can afford it and have all the free time after school. i am trying to bulk up during these weeks so could you tell me what you think of this diet? (all my shakes are mixed with water, yuck)

    meal 1 wake up: nlarge 600 cal, 85 carbs, 50g protein w/multi
    meal 2: 3 ast vyo-pro protein bars 630cal, 50 carbs, 60g protein
    meal 3: nlarge 600 cal, 85 carbs, 50g protein
    pre-workout: 1 scoop ast vp2 with hsc creatine: 235 cal, 36 carb, 24 protein
    post-workout: 2 scoops vp2 with hsc creatine: 336 cal, 38 carb, 48 protein
meal 5: hopefully get a hamburger or something around
meal 6: opt nutrition pro complex 260cal, 3 carbs, 55 protein w/ast gaba or zma

any suggestions? maybe glutamine? thanks guys

Dude try to add some REAL food in there, I don’t think that living of just supplements is a very good idea.

You cud buy one of those mini fridges at Wal-Mart or Sears which will take very little space and under $200. I'm sure if you can afford all those supps you can afford a -$200 fridge. They are big enough for you to store your essentials eggs, milk etc...

i would if i could but i cannot leave the base...the closest i can think of is buying a half of gal of milk each night and use half for my protein shake before i go to bed, and keep the milk in a small cooler, and use the rest for in the morning if it is hopefully still cold

Damn I did not think is was that bad. If that’s the problem then stick to your supps and see how it goes. I would guess they must have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the base. Find something healthy you can eat from those meals and add your own protein shake. The other three meals would be just the supplements, get some good protein bars if you can afford them.

...you will be on base / camp, whatever branch you are going into? How 'bout heading on down to the chow hall?
Free eats 3 times a day?
Go through the main lines? Stay away from the fast food lines...unless it is chili mac day...

Baked chicken, rice and a veggie. FREE! Healthy even. You can even go back for seconds if still hungry.

Are you sure you will not have a mini fridge there? There was one in our dorm rooms...of course I was in the Air Force...
