I need to calculate my everyday intake of proteins, fat, etc.
I am taking creatin on workout days but this is not completly pure creatine. For example, every 100 gr of it will give me 10 gr of pure creatine plus 37 r of carbohydrates, etc.
My question is: should i take into acount this 37 gr of carbohydrates when calculating my daily intake of such nutrient?
Lets say that during the day i take 200 gr of carbohydrates (from food, etc) and then i take 50 gr of creatin (that will give me about 18 gr of carbohydrates). 200 + 18 = 218. Should i take that into account or these carbohydrates from creatin are different?

Those carbs from the creatine have to be coming from sugars, so yes, you take them into account. What brand are you using?
