Talking A message to my Canadian Customers - ATW

www.allthewhey.com

The new Canadian Advantage.

Okay - after meeting with UPS, I now understand the advantage to all of us using UPS for our Canadian customers:

1. Door to door delivery

2. Tracking number provided (not available through USPS)

3. Timely delivery. (USPS can take up to 6 weeks)

Eastern Canada - two days
Western Canada - seven to 9 days

4. UPS provides the required broker at no charge

5. Almost no random city taxes (depends on your location)

So we will now be shipping to Canada EVERY WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!

Any questions, comments or orders!!!! Contact me at wheystation@aol.com

Im in canada and every single ups package ive received from the us has a rediculous brokerage fee once it arrives the the door. Heres your 40 dollar ebay item, you owe us 30+taxes.

USPS never has any fees. I find it strange you've been told the exact opposite of what ive experienced

Well - this is interesting, because I met with UPS and they tell me that they are now acting as the BROKER and I have NOT ONE customer experience a problem since the new year -this is a puzzler. I would never encourage ANYONE to do anything to add to their costs and we, of course, still use USPS when asked. But I am really pleased with how UPS is handling our Canadian Customers.....but I completely understand your experience would leave you a little sour.

Thanks for the information.

Exactly, they do the paperwork and tack a extraordinarily high brokerage fee on to the cost of the item. They pass this cost on to the Canadian at the other end. Fortunately you still ship USPS because my personal policy is if UPS is involved and there is no other shipping method....then no sale. They're horrible.
