Whats the duration of time you need to cleanse your system of all supplements?

Hello to all the serious dedicated builders here, I am relatively new to building (about 1 year now) and started late (38 years old). I have aquired some good energy results using the NoXplode product. My question is now that I have completely taken about 2 bottles of the stuff I was advised to take some time off from taking anything to clean my system out. I was also told I could continue taking my daily protein and multiple vitamins but thats it. My problem is that I'm being told many different time periods of how long it takes the body to cleanse itself of the suppliments im taking. (NoXplode 2 bottles atm). Can I continue pumping NoXplode jars or now that I've taken a few bottles a break is in order to avoid damaging my system? How long is sufficient a break...maybe 1 month or 2 or even 3? I am so paranoid that im damaging my kidneys or some other hidden affect that im not aware. I am feeling great and gaining power constantly in my routines but I was told that anything i take will damage me over time.

Also please if any veteran can kindly reccomend something i can pick up at GNC that might be superior to NoXplode in terms of gaining power and energy in my routines.I am mostly interested in gaining pure power and volume. Right now I take 2 multi vitamins (megaman sport (has amino acids?) and 2 tablespoons of noxplode right before i hit my powerlifting routine. Thanks for taking the time ro read along, I am new at this and hope these questions arent too tedious.

I don't really take any supplements that I would need to "cleanse" myself of. If you want to take a break, I could I would suggest one or two months(just my random whim). You might want to shop at other places for better prices/better selection like www.bodybuilding.com. That is my favorite place. I'm not familiar with NoXplode because I haven't used a product like it, so I can't help you there.
