booster or just a shake?
ok, when i take my week off and start to bulk, i either have ot pick between this: have a preworkoutshake with whey/oats/cee
or this: have a similar shake, and 30 min to hour later, have a NO/Creatine procduct like v12 turbo. Do you think the v12 turbo will help a lot? or very little? |

I take the shake 30-45 min before and the a few minutes before i work out i take a booster called Methyl-Speed made by iron-tek and it gets me through my workout no matter how tough.
