    cordyceps

    What do you guys think about taking it while training for a 5k? Does it work or is it a waste of $$$$$?

    so it won't help me increase endurance like it claims?

    Where does it say this claim? I have never heard of it used for endurance.

    There is some info...I seem to remember some info on Avant about a recent study that showed it did nothing, though.

    Rhodiola is pretty good at making fat available for energy and may increase oxygen extraction which would certainly help an aerobic athlete.
