Hey soccerstar, how old are you? 14-16? If so, I'd stick with just good food and lots of it.

If your going to try anything, go with a whey protein or a weightgainer protein.

Anything else at a young age is a waist of money in my opinion, save your money for food.

Yeah im 16 too. Juts stick to a good diet and lots of protein shakes. About 2 grams pf protein per pound of body weight a day. All that other stuff is a waste. The only other thing that is decent for gettin bigger at our age too is creatine. But u should only use it on 4-5 week cycles at our age. Hope this helps!!!

    Cool

Agree, all you need is a good solid diet, most supplements are just a waste of money. Supplement manufacturers give the consumer a false sense of hope and that is why they are a multi-billion dollar industry. Now some sups are very good but the majority of them you can do without.

lots of great advice here. i agree with it. a good diet is all you need no matter what your age. protein is the only thing i use and i have seen great results. just diet, protein, and work hard in the gym.

    Id recommend at ur Age
    Twin Lab Tribfeul, and
    Tongkat Ali.

L-arginine is good for Nitric Oxide production help you recover faster, and nitroge retention, all in 1 amino acid.
