    i just got some free EXTREME A-AKG 120 capsules

    how does this look?
    IMO, it is a bit underdosed with just two grams of Arginine in a proprietary blend.

    yeah i've loooked at this product on line and it says 3000mg instead of 2000 mg, so i think im gona take 6 caps isntead of 4.

    ok, shoudl i take 2 servigns of a-akg on non training days too??
    because i've used no xplode in the past, and i only take it the days i train...

    IMO training days, then cut the dosage on non training days.
