Lost 22 pounds in 3 months

    Hello Friends,
I used to weigh 172 pounds and had good muscle mass. however, I was not happy with my chubby cheeks and fat on my waist. So I added a good amount of cardio and continuously lost weight till I hit 150 pounds yesterday. I made progress but there is still some fat on my cheeks and waist that I still have to cut. However, I have decided to bulk up and reach 172 pounds again which is ideal weight for my height of 5'9".
Please do advice on what supplements I should use to gain muscle while losing fat? I thinking of going for "Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold". I have also heard of fat burners but I don't have much info about them.

I am 28 years old. I didn't maintain a daily strict diet. but I would avoid white rice, butter and oily substances.

Well, you will never be truly successful if your not doing so. No supplement on the market is a magic bullet.

The problem with diet is that I am an Indian and I don't know how to make tuna, mackerel etc. mentioned in most diets. I usually have rice, chicken, split peas, pulses etc. because they are things I know how to cook. So I have very little control over my diet

Ummmmmmm none of this makes sence to me. You cut to lose the fat and you still have some to lose but now you want to gain all the fat back. This is case and point why I know bulking is just stupid. Get a good diet, do not gain any fat and gain muscle mass slowly.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

As I mentioned I was not happy with my chubby cheeks and my abdominal muscles were not showing because of the fat around my waist. I wanted to overall lower my body fat %. I got some positive results but now I want to put on muscle mass not fat. As mentioned above I can't go on a diet but most of the food I eat is not oily however, I have to use some oil to cook food like chicken etc. My daily intake of oil isn't more than 1/2 tsp.
