Bulk CEE

I picked up some of Bulks CEE everybody talks so good about. I am switching from monohydrate and want to see the difference. Oh and I know all of yall are sitting there waiting for me to taste it. Hell I opened it up and about had a stroke!!

you might, ill let you know how this stuff is going. Some dont get anything out of the CEE and get results from the mono. I will keep you posted, thanks to these guys I got this stuff cheap. Bulks is only 30 bucks for 1000g

The CEE your not supposed to need quite as much. Ive been told with this brand to just take a teaspoon before and after workout. I tell you want fellas, I hope this crap works cause its seriously sent chills down my spine to swallow it

Are you trying to tell me you're taking it straight, without dissolving it in water

Surely you're not! You would be daft not to dissolve it, at rate of 1-2 grams in drink water, taking it a couple times a day, say 2 doses, few hours apart, before and after workout.

It has a mild citrus taste in water. Not bad at all. I use it with BCAAs and taurine, plus a little Mg citrate, on training days. Not used on off days.

And yes, the Bulk Nutrition cost is quite reasonable for a kilo.

so usually one serving is 2-3 g, and how many G a day, i kno for mono its 10-20g a day, 5g being one serving...

2 gram doses, up to 5 times daily, or 3 grams up to 4 times daily (if you're a bigboy) spread out over the day, is best. You can only absorb and utilize so much at any given time. To take more is to invite gastrointestinal upset and is wasting your supplement buck.

I strongly suggest you scoop whatever amount you take and dump it in your mouth and down it with grape juice.

you don't even taste it after a while.

I strongly suggest buying it capped. I delt with that taste for months, and it just gets harder to choke it down everyday.

I might be drawing up nonsense, but are you implying that it will absorb more effeciently if dissolved? I have taken it normally by basically just chasing it... havn't really seen great results from it either, maybe that could be why?

I mix it with Gatorade, but the Gatorade that you mix with water in powder form. It actually masks the taste somewhat. I drink it like a shot; all at one time.

I swear I read it somewhere before?

Ya i take it with either Gatorade or just some fruit drink and it's fine for me. Just makes the drink taste more bitter or somethin.

you guys are all pussies. Take the required dose dry lay it on your tongue for 10 seconds, then swig it back with some protein and it will put hair on your chest.





















It's also the reason why I use tablets from Pinnacle.

dude i cant believe all these people scaring other people that cee tastes like shit. I just put it on my tongue and gulp down a whey shake or my no-xplode and i cant taste shit. all i can taste is a sour taste, like the powder u get at the bottom of a bag of sour skittles. Taste better then l-glutamine IMO. (today was my first day taking CEE)
