How much of this NO2 product do I really need?

I took the plunge and bought this NO2 product:

It's AE2 by nutrabolics. Supposedly one of the best (non-creatine added) NO2 products around. I've been taking it for 3 days.

    Here's the specs:

It says take 4 before and 4 after a workout = 1 serving size (according to the bottle). Is this too much or is it right?

    Any input would be great!!

Really? Are you taking the NO without a creatine product? By the way, that is enough NO per serving. That is, assuming the AEE is at least 3 grams.

I finished a 3 months period of creatine and I want to keep off the creatine for at least 3 months.

Okay, just curious, because NO precursors are pretty useless without creatine alongside.

Definately not to much. N02 seems to lose its effectiveness if you dont take it in higher doses along with just about anything else.

I was speaking with someone else from my gym, and he reckons i should be taking it pre workout and before bed. What do you think to this instead of postworkout?

It is best absorbed on an empty stomach. The half life is very short, so it won’t stay in your system long once it actually becomes NO2. I find that fist thing in the morning and before lifting—both times with an empty stomach with no food for 20+ minutes—to be most effective.

I agree you need to take in the moring to get it in your system and then again BEFORE you workout. If you take it at night and after your workout, it will not be in your system anymore by the time you workout the next day and you will not get the muscle pumps, which is the whole benefit.
