    SAN Tight side effect

    Hello people.
I am pretty cut 7-9 % . I do follow a superset routine now + explosiveness in the gym 45 mins intense training.
I have started drinking black coffee ( 3 teaspoon) pre exercise giving me a nice boost.
    My routine...
8 am Oatmeal porridge + egg whites
    Wait for 2 hours......
Drink a cup of coffee.....then hit the gym....

I have also ordered SAN tight a week ago mostly for energy reasons than fatloss..(Not that i needed much of energy but since the product came i wanted to try it. It only said 1 pill thats why I wanted to try it). It says that i should take it with a meal. But I take it together with the coffee since I hit the gym 2 hours after my breakfast. I have tried this routine 3 times and whenever I take the damn pill I feel strange , lethargy, and almost like vomiting. I have never had these effects with coffee . It is extremely counter productive because when I hit the gym I hit it intensely for 45 mins.Being lethargic though suckz.
I am about 98 % to dump the SAN Tight and stay with the coffee. I still have these side effects later after the gym. Why is that? What is wrong?
