Doesn't the stuff have directions on it?

My V12 and NO-Xplode had usage/serving instructions and I believe Nitro does as well. Check the label for directions.

You will have to deal with the taste like a man does -- don't complain/whine about it. But, if you don't like the taste, try NO-XPLODE Lemonade Frost or Turbo V12 Lemonade after you've finished with Nitro. They taste suprisingly good.

Also, did you notice any pump as soon as 15 minutes after you took it?
i really didnt notice nothin...so i drink it before work out?...all it says on da label is how much to drink of it daily doesnt really say when to take it..?

Yep, before your work-out.

I usually notice I am abnormally concentrated and energized (like I'm high) after I take NO-XPLODE. That and I can literally hear my heart beat.

water or juice is fine.

the 2 servings for the 1st 5 days is a loading phase
do 1 serving 30-45 minutes before your workout for the days afterward

No, no, no, no. Nitro-tech is a whey protein supplement, not creatine.

Take if AFTER you workout(within 30 minutes) with milk or water. You won't notice any pump from Nitro-tech, it isn't that kind of supplement.

This has all the information you need on the product.

I wouldn't by it again though, there is better stuff out there.

Remember you don't have to take it three times a day like it says on the label, they just want you to finish it so you can buy another container of it.

Try the BSN mass stack -the bsn mass stack (nitrix, cellmass and no xplode) is a great stack for adding a lot of muscle mass and doing it quickly.

There isn't any supplement that can "add a lot of muscle mass quickly". Gaining mass relies very heavily on diet and only somewhat on the supplements you take.

Plus, the stack costs a whoppin' $100. From previous experience, NO-XPLODE helped me gain 5 pounds in 4 weeks but after I stopped taking it, I dropped 2 of those pounds immediately. My friend, who also finished, dropped 5 out of the 6 pounds he gained on it.

Nitro-tech along with all the other over-priced garbage that MuscleTech produces is nothing, but a complete waste of money and supplements that do next to nothing for you beneficially. They are going down the shitter fast!!!

This thread is a cluster F!!!Blind leading the blind, like watching a bunch of midgets try to scale a sky scraper. And to think, all this over a MuscleTech protien powder .I could give my input but would rather watch 50cent,Juggernaught and Vinceforheisman insult each other before exchanging numbers and having a slumber party.
