    Exclamation Creatine while Cutting?

Well I've nearly finished with my cutting and soon will start to build abit more lean muscle mass. I weight train at the moment about 3-4 times a week and was just wondering if you guys think I should start to take creatine? Would this be a disadvantage to my cutting in any way or do you think it could even possibly benefit the cutting process?

    Thanks alot.

I've heard of water retention but I personally don't view creatine as potent enough substance to really worry about if I take it while cutting or bulking.

Most people would hardly notice a bloat from Mono if they would just take 3-5g of it, as opposed to excesses of 10+ grams a day.

I personally don't use creatine while cutting. At the end of my cuts, I am doing a good deal of cardio and would not want to risk dehydration while on creatine, so I would not recommend it. Why not wait until after you're done cutting altogether since you are almost there.

Ironman's #27 mistake to cutting: Using CREATINE because it can cause muscle strains along with overall water retention and interfere with carbohydrate metabolism.
