It boasts of increasing natural creatine levels, but it does not supplement you with creatine. Whether the natural creatine levels after consumption are increased or not is most likely variable among everyone, and I'm not sure at all about it's effectiveness. As 40 stated before, its a protein shake.

For creatine, I like Pinnacle's CEE 4000. I used this stuff with great results.
I didnt like the NO-Explode. Thought it was useless.
MM is used as a lean gainer, no creatine in it.
